TERM & CONDITION

Customer send order list, company / consignee detail and airport destination. We will check the order list and best freight rate for you, and we will make proforma invoice for you.

We use large box 75x 42 x 40 cm

Our plastic bags made from high quality Polyethylene and we make sure that no leaked bag we send. Packing density depend on the type of the fish and flight duration.

After customer agree with proforma invoice, we will booking the shipment schedule for you (usually we need 7 to 10 days max. to prepare your order).

Please let me know if you have any requested or special document min.3 days before shipment so we can prepare it.

We receive payment in advance based on the proforma invoice. Account payable can be given according to personal agreements only for regular customers. Only International Bank / swift transfer acceptable.

We are responsible for the Death on Arrival (D.O.A) by the time within 24 hour after arrival. Please report and send us some picture of the death fish. We will adjust the invoice after customer send report.
